Hello, I'm new here.

I've downloaded the game and have been trying to create a new account using the provided promotional key (TULGAC), however, I can't seem to get it to work.  Is this due to the recent problems I've been hearing about, and if so, is it something that I should just try go wait out. If not, can you think of anything I'm doing wrong?.  i'll appreciate any help.
